Standard terms
Indicative pricing
We are VAT registered, but all our prices are quoted as VAT exclusive. The exact fee depends on the nature of the work. For clients in South Africa, we charge in ZAR. Our South African and International pricing is not comparable.
Fixed fees
We don’t count hours and certainly don’t bill per hour. Instead, we agree on a fixed fee upfront to achieve your objective and do whatever it takes to achieve it. We don’t keep time.
Upfront invoicing
We invoice in advance, with payment due upfront, as this supports a collaborative approach and allows us to offer you maximum flexibility in how long you choose to work with us. Fees already paid are not refundable.
