Brand strategy for a new product launch

Portfolio Pharmaceuticals is a boutique firm specialising in pharmaceutical drug manufacturing and packaging. It appointed Firejuice to provide brand strategy and outsourced brand management support as it re-launched its brand and introduced a new product line. Over a period of 12 months, Firejuice helped to develop a new range of branded nutraceuticals and update the company’s brand to reflect its ambitious expansion plans for Southern Africa.

Acting as an outsourced marketing department, Firejuice systematically worked with a cross-functional team at Portfolio Pharmaceuticals to define a clear brand identity for the company, develop a new visual identity, and roll this out across all marketing materials. Subsequently, a new product brand called Bodivite was conceptualised and launched, with the aim of providing quality vitamin supplements at an affordable price.
