Strategic marketing plan for an ambitious black-owned South African audit firm

SkX Protiviti is a 100% black-owned professional services company in South Africa with operations across Africa and a strategic partnership with Protivitiy, a global consulting company. They sought help developing a marketing plan that supported their growth objectives.

Firejuice interviewed the executive team and key clients to understand the business objectives and brand perception. We then worked with the internal marketing team to review marketing activities and identify areas for improvement. We helped develop a marketing plan with stronger messaging and better use of social media and online events. We concluded our six-month involvement by working with SkX Protiviti’s marketing team to kickstart and refine the implementation of the new plan.
